Participant Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for and participating in the Green Gives Back Golf Outing ("Event"), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional rules and instructions provided by the Event organizers before or during the Event.

2. Eligibility
Participation in the Event is open to individuals aged 18 years or older. Minors may participate with prior written consent from a parent or legal guardian. By registering, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria.

3. Registration and Fees
All participants must complete the official registration form and submit any applicable fees by the deadline specified by the organizers. Registration is non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the Event organizers.

4. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, sportsmanlike manner throughout the Event. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe may result in immediate disqualification and removal from the Event premises.

5. Assumption of Risk
By participating in the Event, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with playing golf, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and weather-related hazards. You agree to participate at your own risk.

6. Liability Waiver
You release and hold harmless Green Gives Back Golf Outing, its sponsors, affiliates, volunteers, and event staff from any and all claims, damages, injuries, or liabilities arising from your participation in the Event. This waiver extends to any claims of negligence, except where prohibited by law.

7. Medical Treatment
In the event of a medical emergency, you authorize Event organizers to seek necessary medical treatment on your behalf. You understand that you are responsible for any medical expenses incurred during the Event.

8. Weather Policy
The Event will take place rain or shine, except in cases of extreme weather conditions. The organizers reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the Event due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will be issued only at the discretion of the organizers.

9. Photography and Media Release
By participating, you grant Green Gives Back Golf Outing permission to use your likeness, name, and any photographs or videos taken during the Event for promotional, marketing, and media purposes without compensation.

10. Alcohol and Substance Use
Consumption of alcohol is permitted only in designated areas and in compliance with local laws and golf course regulations. Illegal substances and excessive intoxication will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the Event.

11. Prizes and Awards
Any prizes or awards given during the Event are subject to the rules and discretion of the Event organizers. Winners may be required to provide identification and sign additional documentation before receiving prizes.

12. Amendments and Enforcement
The organizers reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review updates before the Event. Failure to comply with these terms may result in disqualification from current and future Events.
