A purchase of $100 SUB TOTAL is required to receive a promotional envelope in participating locations.

1. ELIGIBILITY

• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• Must present valid government-issued ID at time of purchase.

• Promotion valid only at participating THE Dispensary locations.

• Employees of THE Dispensary not eligible.

2. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

On April 20, 2026, customers who spend $100 SUB TOTAL or more in a single transaction will receive:

• One (1) sealed mystery envelope per qualifying transaction.

Limit: One envelope per transaction.

Envelopes must be opened after purchase is completed.

3. ENVELOPE CONTENTS

Each envelope may contain one of the following:

• Discount offers

• Store credit

• Promotional merchandise

• Exclusive product offers

• Or a Golden Ticket

The number of Golden Tickets available per location is limited and predetermined prior to the event.

4. GOLDEN TICKET GRAND PRIZE

Each Golden Ticket winner will receive:

Free Flower for One (1) Year, defined as:

• Up to 3.5 grams per month

• For twelve (12) consecutive months

• Beginning on MAY 1ST, 2026

Important Conditions:

• Prize must be redeemed monthly.

• Unused monthly allotments do not roll over.

• Prize is non-transferable.

• No cash value.

• No substitutions except at discretion of THE Dispensary.

• Product selection subject to availability and legal compliance.

• Winner must comply with all state and local purchasing limits.

5. PRIZE REDEMPTION

Golden Ticket winners must:

• Present the original Golden Ticket in-store to budtender to begin monthly punches.

• Store purchase limits

• Product availability

THE Dispensary reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion if necessary due to regulatory changes, fraud, or circumstances beyond control.

• To allow use of first name and likeness for promotional purposes

8. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

THE Dispensary is not responsible for:

• Lost, stolen, or damaged envelopes

• Lost or stolen Golden Tickets

• Misprints or typographical errors

• Technical or operational issues
