Vote & Win $100 Gift Card Promotion – Rules, Terms, and Conditions

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

 

2. ELIGIBILITY:
This promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

 

3. PROMOTION PERIOD:
The promotion begins on 5.22.25 and ends at 11:59 PM CST on 5.29.25. Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

 

4. HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, participants must cast a vote using the official voting page provided by THE Dispensary during the Promotion Period.  Limit one (1) entry per person.  Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

 

5. PRIZE:
One (1) winner will receive a $100 Gift Card to THE Dispensary. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.  THE Dispensary reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

 

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.  The drawing will be conducted within 14 days following the close of the Promotion Period.  The winner will be contacted via the email address provided during entry.  If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

 

7. CONDITIONS:
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of THE Dispensary, which shall be final.  THE Dispensary reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or otherwise violating these terms.

 

8. PUBLICITY RELEASE:
By accepting the prize, the winner grants THE Dispensary permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration, unless prohibited by law.

 

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
THE Dispensary is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical errors, or any other error which may occur in the administration of the promotion. By entering, you release and hold harmless THE Dispensary and its affiliates from any liability or claims arising out of participation in the promotion or acceptance of the prize.

 

10. PRIVACY:
Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering this promotion and in accordance with THE Dispensary’s privacy policy.
